400m Run/Row


10 jumping air squats

10 pass throughs

10 kb swings

30 sec calf stretch

30 sec pigeon stretch

30 sec squat hold


Snatch Balance + 2 Overhead Squats

5 sets of 3 ascending in weight but focus should be on form and speed, not weight.
